GetMyAbstract is an independent private convenience service operating at getmyabstract.ca. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, connected to, sponsored by, or authorized by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO), the Government of Ontario, Service Ontario, or any other federal, provincial, or municipal government agency or body.

2. Not a Government Website

This website is not a government website. The official Ministry of Transportation Ontario website is ontario.ca/page/ministry-transportation. Official MTO services are available at ServiceOntario locations and online at ontario.ca.

Customers can obtain their official driving records directly from the MTO without using our service. We provide a convenience service for customers who prefer to have their driving records retrieved on their behalf.

3. Service Description

GetMyAbstract provides a document retrieval convenience service. We assist Ontario drivers in obtaining their official driving records from the Ministry of Transportation Ontario by submitting requests on their behalf. We charge a service fee for this assistance which is separate from any government fees.

Our service fees are:

• 3 Year Driver Abstract — $29.99 CAD
• CVOR Abstract — $50.00 CAD

4. Official Documents

The abstracts we deliver are official documents obtained directly from the Ministry of Transportation Ontario. We do not create, modify, alter, falsify, or interpret the content of any driving record. All documents delivered through our service are authentic official government documents.

5. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of information contained in your official driving record is the sole responsibility of the Ministry of Transportation Ontario. GetMyAbstract is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained in your official driving record.

6. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this website or in any document we provide constitutes legal advice. If you require legal interpretation of your driving record or assistance with legal matters related to your driving record please consult a qualified legal professional licensed in Ontario.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to:

• Approval for employment or rideshare platforms
• Insurance rate changes
• License reinstatement
• Any other decisions made by third parties based on your driving record

8. Pricing Disclaimer

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The prices shown at the time of your order will be the prices charged.

9. Delivery Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver all documents within 1 hour during business hours we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery may be delayed due to:

• MTO system outages or maintenance
• High order volume
• Government processing delays
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Technical issues beyond our control
