1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using getmyabstract.ca you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services.

2. About GetMyAbstract GetMyAbstract is a private independent convenience service operating at getmyabstract.ca. We assist Ontario drivers in obtaining their official driving records from the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) on their behalf. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, connected to, or authorized by the MTO, the Government of Ontario, or any other government agency.

3. Services Provided We provide the following document retrieval services:

• 3 Year Driver Abstract — $29.99 CAD
• CVOR Abstract — $50.00 CAD

These fees represent our service charge for retrieving your official driving record on your behalf. Customers may obtain their driving records directly from the MTO without using our service.

4. Eligibility By using our service you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a licensed Ontario driver or authorized to request the abstract
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have the legal right to request the driving record in question

5. Customer Responsibilities You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal information including your correct Ontario driver’s license number
• Providing a valid email address for document delivery
• Ensuring you are authorized to request the abstract on behalf of another person if applicable
• Any decisions made based on the content of your driving record

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is required before your order is processed
• We do not store your credit card information

7. Delivery Policy

• Most orders are delivered within 1 hour during business hours
• Business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST
• Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day
• Documents are delivered to the email address provided at time of ordering
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available if we are unable to retrieve your abstract
• Refunds are not available once your abstract has been successfully delivered
• To request a refund contact support@getmyabstract.ca within 24 hours of your order
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days

9. Accuracy of Documents

• The abstracts we deliver are official documents obtained directly from the MTO
• We do not modify, alter, or interpret the content of any driving record
• The accuracy of information contained in your abstract is the responsibility of the MTO
• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your official driving record

10. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use our service to:

• Obtain driving records without proper authorization
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another person’s driving record without their consent

11. Intellectual Property All content on getmyabstract.ca including text, images, logos, and design is the property of GetMyAbstract and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability GetMyAbstract shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by MTO system outages or government processing times
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Any decisions made based on the content of your driving record
• Loss of business or revenue arising from use of our service

13. Privacy Your use of our service is governed by our Privacy Policy available at getmyabstract.ca/privacy-policy. By using our service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
